NEW for 2026:
As per the Kinnelon Health Department (HD):
HD does not want food vendors submitting payment in person or by mail.
HD is now requiring all payments be paid directly to the promoter.
The Scribble Garden will be issuing 1 check to the Health Department by
September 10, 2026 for all registered Food Vendors.
All payments must be paid prior to September 10, 2026 in order to attend.
Payments and HD applications are due 2 weeks prior to the 9/26/2026 event.
Options:
Online payment: $55.00
- Complete the online payment
- Complete the HD application.
- Email HD application to [email protected]
Mail in Payment: $50.00
- Mail payment (checks payable to: The Scribble Garden)
- include the completed HD application.
$50.00 payment payable to: The Scribble Garden (NOT Pequannock HD)

KFresh Farmers Market vendors are not included in the Kfest HD permit applications.
All Farmers Market vendors must pay the $50.00 HD Fee.
- If the $50.00 Heath dept. fee is not paid by 9/10/2026 or
- If Payment is received after the 9/10/2026, Your registration fee will be forfeit and you will not be permitted to attend.
- Sorry, no refunds if event is cancelled
