NEW for 2026, as per the Kinnelon Health Department (HD):
HD does not want food vendors submitting payment in person or by mail. HD is now requiring all payments be paid directly to the promoter.  The Scribble Garden will be issuing 1 check to the Health Department by September 10, 2026.
